Rhubarb Pineapple Crisp
1 cup nuts, ground1 ½ cup chopped dates or date sugar1 ½ cup oatmeal½ cup flour¾ tsp. saltMix above ingredients well. It will be crumbly. Use half for bottom, half for top.1 cup rhubarb2 cups crushed pineapple in own juice¾ cup pineapple juice concentrate¼ tsp. salt¼ cup cornstarch or arrowroot1 tsp. lemon juiceCook to thicken. Put together with above mixture in baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes at 350. Makes 8 ½ cup servings
