Peanut Sauce
2 Tb onion, minced
½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ Tb lite soy sauce or Bragg’s liquid aminos
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ cup natural creamy peanut butter
¾ cup water
Combine ingredients in small saucepan and heat over low until mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve as dipping sauce for spring rolls or toss over noodles or veggies.
